Gosnells Golf Club is a well-established private members' club in Perth's south-east, known for a quality course and a solid, community-minded membership.
As we continue investing in our course and facilities, we're looking for a dedicated full-time Greenkeeper to join our course maintenance team.
About the role
Reporting to the Course Superintendent, you'll play a hands-on part in presenting the course to a high standard every day.
It's an early-start, outdoors role suited to someone who takes genuine pride in turf presentation and enjoys working as part of a tight-knit crew.
Day to day, you'll be responsible for:
Mowing and maintaining greens, tees, fairways and surrounds to a consistent standard
Course set-up and preparation for daily play and competitions
Operating and carrying out basic maintenance on turf machinery
Irrigation monitoring, adjustment and minor repairs
Fertiliser and chemical application in line with the program and WA regulations
Bunker maintenance, edging, and general course presentation
Assisting with course improvement and construction projects as required
About you
Certificate III in Sports Turf Management (or working toward it),



or equivalent hands-on experience
Experience maintaining turf on a golf course or similar sporting facility (preferred)
A current WA driver's licence
Chemical application ticket / ChemCert (or willingness to obtain)
Sound knowledge of turf machinery operation and safe work practices
Physically fit, reliable, and comfortable with early morning and occasional weekend starts
A positive team player who works well independently and takes pride in their work
