In association with Philip J. Eddy & Partners Pty Ltd (Accounting and Taxation services) and Vision Broking Group (Mortgage Broking), we aim to provide a holistic financial solution for our clients.
We are seeking someone to fill an administration role involving the following:
Reception - meeting and greeting clients and visitors to our office, attending to incoming telephone calls, diary management etc.
Financial Planner Support - assisting with day-to-day financial planning administration, liaising with our clients and other external parties including financial institutions,



government bodies etc.
Administration - preparing periodic reports and client review documentation etc.
A friendly and professional manner, high level of attention to detail and proficiency with Microsoft Office are essential.
