More about the role
You'll be :
>Working in a team.
>Friendly customer service – including an unwitting ability to be empathetic and positive towards your clients, without dropping your amazingly professional attitude
>Onsite and remote support – including troubleshooting technical issues over the phone with clients (using remote tools when necessary)
>Tech services – such as system rollouts, backup restorations and workshop PC/Server support
Experience with the following technologies is beneficial:
>Networking
>Windows Server
>Office 365
>SharePoint
>Hosted PBX / VoIP
>All forms of Desktop Support Windows 10,11

>Passion for technology and proven experience working with IT software, hardware, networks and peripherals
>Previous tech support experience;
>Proven customer service experience and a drive to help people
>Robust written and verbal communication skills
>Ability to pick up recent technologies and learn new systems quickly
>Ability to relay technical terminology to non-technical people
>Ability to work both independently and within a team
