We're looking for an experienced Optical Dispenser who enjoys helping patients find the right eyewear solutions and contributing to a supportive team environment.

What Success Looks Like In This Role
Building trusted relationships with patients and familiesDelivering lifestyle-based lens recommendations that improve visual outcomesProviding exceptional service from first enquiry through to collectionWorking collaboratively with Optometrists and colleagues to achieve the best outcomes for patientsSupporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the practiceContributing to a positive, professional, and welcoming practice environment.
About You
You'll bring:
Optical dispensing experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confidence recommending products and tailored optical solutions A genuine commitment to customer service and patient care Strong attention to detail and organisational skills A positive, team-focused approach
Cert IV in Optical Dispensing is highly regarded.
Experience With Optomate Is Advantageous But Not Essential.
