Dispatch Coordinator,
to join our team to maintain the dispatch team's performance, to ensure our customers receive their orders at the correct location by the due date. We are looking for an individual who is open, consistent, diligent and upbeat.

The successful candidate will enjoy a varied role which will include the following duties:
Manage the Dispatch area including maintenance and prioritization of dispatch activities.
Monitor and manage team attendance and timekeeping to ensure compliance with company standards.
Lead and supervise the team to meet and exceed productivity targets.
Coordinate overtime as necessary to sustain production levels and meet deadlines.




Ensure all warehouse areas are maintained in a clean, organized, and secure condition at all times.
Effectively communicate any issues or delays to the sales team in a timely manner and uphold a high standard of customer service with both internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with other coordinators and all warehouse teams to resolve any issues, to minimize any impact on customers and the business and to also align efforts to successfully meet overall business objectives.
Who we're seeking:
High level of enthusiasm, strong communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
High levels of integrity and honesty with a commitment to exceptional levels of customer service and support
High Risk Forklift License
Minimum 3 years' experience in warehouse environment
Demonstratable knowledge of ERP systems
Quality - Working knowledge of the ISO ****:**** Management System
Safety - Working knowledge of the ISO *****:**** Occupational Health & Safety Management System
Environmental - Working knowledge of the ISO *****:**** Environmental Management System
