As our Queensland business continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Civil Foreman / Leading Hand ready to take the next step in their career.
The Opportunity
This role is ideal for an experienced Civil Leading Hand or Foreman who enjoys leading crews, coordinating daily site activities and getting the job done safely and efficiently.
Whether you're already working as a Foreman or you're a senior Leading Hand looking to step into more responsibility, we'll provide the support and chance to continue developing your leadership skills.
You'll work closely with our Project Managers and Supervisors, helping deliver remediation and civil projects across South East Queensland.
What You'll Be Doing
Lead site crews and subcontractors across daily civil construction activities.
Coordinate plant, equipment and resources on site.
Assist with planning daily works and meeting project deadlines.
Ensure works are completed safely and to a high standard.
Mentor operators and labourers on site.




Work closely with Project Managers and Supervisors to keep projects running smoothly.
Assist with site documentation and daily reporting.
Help identify and resolve issues before they impact the program.
What We're Looking For
Essential
Experience as a Civil Leading Hand, Foreman or senior operator.
Strong background in earthworks, remediation, bulk excavation or civil construction.
Ability to lead crews and coordinate subcontractors.
Good understanding of site safety and construction practices.
White Card and current Driver's Licence.
Positive attitude and willingness to lead by example.
Highly Regarded
Remediation or contaminated land experience.
Asbestos project experience.
Machine operating experience.
Relevant civil tickets or qualifications.
