Due to the recent award of exciting recent commercial maintenance contracts, CV Services is seeking an experienced Commercial Maintenance Plumber to join our growing Townsville team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team delivering maintenance services across a diverse portfolio of commercial and critical infrastructure sites throughout the region.
The Role
As a Commercial Maintenance Plumber, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality plumbing maintenance services while building strong relationships with our valued clients.
Key responsibilities include:
Preventative and reactive plumbing maintenanceDiagnosing faults and carrying out repairsBackflow prevention and TMV servicingGeneral plumbing maintenance across commercial sitesProviding exceptional customer service to clientsCompleting work safely, efficiently and to a high standardMaintaining accurate job records and documentation
About You
Experience in commercial plumbing maintenanceStrong knowledge of plumbing standards,
regulations and safe work practicesExcellent problem-solving and fault-finding skillsA customer-focused attitude and professional approachThe ability to work autonomously and as part of a teamStrong communication and time management skills
Mandatory Qualifications
Current Queensland Plumbing LicenceConstruction White CardCurrent C Class Driver's LicenceBackflow & TMV Endorsements
