Position Overview:
As a Courtesy Bus Driver at Sporties Barooga, you'll be entrusted with the safe transportation of patrons to and from our venue.
Your role is pivotal in ensuring our guests' experiences are positive and enjoyable through consistently friendly and professional service.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate the courtesy bus in compliance with all pertinent laws and regulations.
Provide outstanding customer service to patrons, offering assistance with boarding and disembarking as required.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety aboard the bus at all times.
Keep meticulous records of passenger numbers and destinations.
Coordinate bus schedules effectively with venue staff to ensure smooth service delivery.
Address passenger inquiries or concerns promptly and courteously.




Uphold adherence to company policies and procedures without compromise.
Requirements:
Possession of a valid driver's license with a spotless driving record.
Medium Rigid License preferred but not essential.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as per operational requirements.
A steadfast dedication to both safety and customer service.
While previous experience in a similar role is preferred, it is not mandatory.
