About the Role
As a Forklift Salesperson, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing existing customer accounts, and providing tailored materials handling solutions across Townsville and the surrounding region.

Key Responsibilities
Generate recent business through prospecting and networking.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable forklift and materials handling solutions.
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales.




Manage the sales process from initial enquiry through to delivery and after-sales support.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Maintain accurate records within the CRM system.
Represent the company professionally at customer sites and industry events.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Proven experience in sales (forklifts, construction equipment, automotive, industrial or capital equipment sales preferred but not essential).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
A proactive, self-motivated approach to developing new business.
Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
Good computer skills and experience using CRM systems.
A current Australian driver's licence.
The ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team
