We are currently seeking a highly motivated and energeticFood Service Attendant | Console Operatorto join ourRossleateam.
We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and is always ready to go above and beyond for our customers and colleagues.
To hit the ground running, prior kitchen experience and strong customer service skills are highly valued.
Retail and kitchen experience will be highly regarded.
This is a dynamic, hands-on role where you'll always have something to do.
It involves supporting and growing our food service salesin our busy trading periods.
You'll help deliver fresh, high-quality food and outstanding customer service while maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming environment.
It's ideal for someone who enjoys being on their feet, taking initiative, and contributing to a busy team environment.
To be successful in this role:
Preparing and cooking fresh food, including burgers, sandwiches and other takeaway items, to company standards.
Keeping the hot box fully stocked with fresh, high-quality products at all times.
Actively promoting and suggesting new,



tasty food items to customers to support and grow our food service offering.
Trialling and recommending current menu items to enhance our range and drive food service sales.
Delivering exceptional customer service through friendly, helpful and positive interactions.
Greeting every Owl customer with a warm smile and hello.
Maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene and cleanliness at all times.
Ensuring food displays are well-presented, fully stocked and visually appealing.
Supporting food service sales through strong product availability and presentation.
Assisting with merchandising and promotional displays.
Using initiative to identify tasks that need attention and acting on them.
Working collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment with a proactive attitude.
Contributing to the overall cleanliness, presentation and upkeep of the store.
You will need to have the relevant working rights, reliable transport and this role is predominantly early mornings.
However, a range of shifts could be required to support the business' operational needs.
