Anytime Fitness Goulburn is seeking a dedicated and experienced
Club Manager
to join our fun, dynamic and inspiring brand.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for the health and fitness industry, strong leadership skills, and demonstrated experience in sales and/or management positions.
Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day management of the fitness club
Manage the sales process in the club
Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to drive membership growth and retention
Maintain a clean, safe, and well-maintained club
Ensure a high standard of customer service and member satisfaction
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and partners as required
Social media content generation and engagement
Position Requirements
Strong sales experience
Leadership and management experience




Excellent written and oral communication skills
Knowledge of fitness club operations, including sales, marketing, and facility management
Current police check
Current Senior First Aid with CPR
Current Working With Children check
Prior experience in a management role within the fitness industry (preferred)
