Local House Bar & Grill is seeking an experienced and energetic
Bar Staff Member
to join our team.
Essential Requirements
Current
RSA Certificate
Minimum
2 years' bar experience
Previous experience working in a
busy, high-volume bar, pub, or hospitality venue
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining excellent customer service
Strong knowledge of beverage preparation and responsible alcohol service
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Reliable, professional, and well-presented
Availability to work nights, weekends, and public holidays
Key Responsibilities
Deliver fast, friendly, and professional bar service




Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently
Handle high customer volumes during peak trading periods
Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar area
Process orders and payments accurately
Follow RSA requirements and venue procedures at all times
