As our Civil & Infrastructure division continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Civil Project Manager to join our Gold Coast team to deliver a diverse range of projects with elements of civil infrastructure and built form across the Gold Coast and surrounds.

This opportunity has arisen due to a strong pipeline of upcoming work, and planned team growth.

About The Role

Manage project planning, programming, forecasting and cost control Lead project delivery, ensuring safety, quality, programme and financial objectives are achievedCoordinate project teams, subcontractors and suppliers to deliver successful outcomesIdentify and manage project risks, variations and contractual obligationsReview project documentation and monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with specificationsBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and stakeholdersPrepare project reports and oversee project close-out and final contract administrationProvide support and assistance to the estimating team to help procure work as required by the Civil and Infrastructure General ManagerPeruse in detail all project drawings, specifications and all other relevant documentation prior to project commencement and throughout project duration. Organise and chair project start up meetings with the project team and all supporting pillarsManage all head contract claims (variations, extensions or time, progress etc.)

About You - Skills And Experience

To be successful in this role, you'll bring:





5+ years' experience as a Project Manager within the Civil & Infrastructure sectorA relevant tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline (preferred)Proven experience delivering civil infrastructure projects from start to finishStrong commercial acumen with experience in programming, budgeting and contract administrationExcellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skillsA collaborative approach, strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality outcomesProficiency with project management and digital construction systems
