About You:

✅ Hold a Certificate IV in Child, Youth & Family Intervention, Youth Work, Social Work or similar (or be studying towards)
✅ Australian Drivers Licence (QLD Opens )
✅ WWCC
✅ Current First Aid & CPR certificate
✅ 3 months paid experience as a Residential Youth Worker
✅ The ability to work a mixture of day, night and weekend shifts as required
✅ Live in a location in QLD close to an airport with flights to Brisbane, Rockhampton, Gladstone, Cairns
To be successful in a FIFO youth worker position, you will need to have a passion for working with young people, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote or isolated environment.
