Warehouse & Production Team Member
We're looking for a reliable, hands-on team player to join our friendly Warehouse & Production team at
Luxaroma
. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys practical work, takes pride in accuracy, and is looking for position within a supportive and growing Australian manufacturing business.
You'll be working in a clean, contemporary warehouse where premium fragrance products are manufactured, filled, labelled and packed for customers throughout Australia and internationally. Every day is varied, and you'll have the opportunity to learn different areas of the business while developing valuable manufacturing and warehouse skills.
Key Responsibilities
Filling bottles, pouches and containers using automated equipment and manual processes.
Packing, labelling and preparing customer orders for dispatch.
Assisting with stock organisation and inventory movements.
Maintaining a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment.
General warehouse duties, including cleaning, tidying shelves and maintaining equipment.
Working as part of a team to meet daily production and dispatch schedules.

Full training is provided
, so previous experience is not essential. We're looking for the right attitude and work ethic above all else.
Bonus Skills (Not Essential)
Previous experience in warehousing, manufacturing, packing or production.
Experience operating machinery or production equipment.
A forklift licence (or willingness to obtain one in the future).
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
