Are you ready to lead something seriously delicious? Daniel's Donuts – is THE destination for all delicious things – donuts, pies, coffee, and shakes. With a cult following for our iconic flavours like Nutella and Fresh Jam & Cream, we've made a name for ourselves as the go-to indulgence.
With a loyal fan base across Victoria (and Sydney & Perth now joining the sugar party), we're bringing the hype north – and we need YOU to bring the energy, leadership, and sprinkle of magic to make it happen and spearhead our very first Qld store.
You'll be hands on, thrive in the fast-paced retail world, and balance leadership with operational excellence. With flexible shifts, you'll work alongside your team for around 35 hours per week, with an additional 3 hours for admin tasks.

What You'll Do
Be the face of the store, creating an unforgettable customer experience
Lead, mentor and motivate a team of donut lovers
Own the day-to-day operations – from rostering and training to stock and service
Drive KPI Performance – you'll be laser-focused on hitting and exceeding KPIs including sales targets, labour efficiency, waste reduction,



and customer satisfaction
Own the Store P&L; – you will manage the store's profit and loss, using financial insight to optimise cost control, grow revenue, and improve profitability.
Drive store performance, team culture, and seriously good vibes
Work closely with our HQ and operations team to build something special
