Role Details
Reporting to the Manager, the Senior Business Officer will deliver a range of reporting, administrative and business support services to support the ongoing operations and continuous improvement of The Circle's activities. The Senior Business Officer will be responsible for The Circle's customer relationship management software program (Salesforce) including overseeing system enhancements and improvements in partnership with the external vendor, managing data quality, system maintenance and reporting, and preparing system-generated referrals to industry and government stakeholders. The role will also provide support for events and meetings, draft correspondence and responses to enquiries, and be involved in processing several finance activities. The Senior Business Officer will also contribute to monthly reporting requirements and will support the Manager on a range of administrative and projects and programs tasks as required.
Special Conditions
The Incumbent will be required to participate in the department's Performance Management Program.
The Incumbent may be assigned to another position at this remuneration level or equivalent.
Some work outside of normal hours will be required.




This role requires a working with children check.
