Opportunity
A well-established practice in Perth's southern coastal region is offering an Associate Dentist the chance to join a supportive, well-resourced clinical team with genuine long-term growth potential. The practice has recently been modernised and is equipped for a high standard of contemporary dentistry.
You'll be joining a two-chair clinic alongside two dentists, a hygienist and a prosthetist, all working as a coordinated team. That structure means you're supported clinically and administratively, and can focus your energy on patient care rather than running every part of the practice yourself.
The role begins on a flexible weekday basis at two days a week, with the practice keen to grow this into a full-time position over time as demand continues to build. It's a genuinely long-term opportunity for a dentist who wants to grow their skills and their book in a stable, well-run environment.
Key Highlights
Clinical autonomy within a supportive team structure
Fully digital, recently modernised two-chair clinic
CBCT imaging and intraoral scanning technology
Team of two dentists, a hygienist and a prosthetist
Flexible weekday availability with a clear path to full-time
Well-managed, growing appointment book
Full-time commission structure with attractive remuneration
Visa sponsorship available for suitably experienced overseas-trained candidates
Location
The practice is located within the City of Rockingham, part of Perth's growing southern coastal corridor, around 50 kilometres from the CBD.
It's a lifestyle-friendly area with easy access to the Rockingham foreshore and coastline, as well as the Mandurah estuary further south, offering a genuine alternative to inner-city practice life without sacrificing patient volume.
