WorkPac are currently seeking a Customer Care Consultant for a Trade Store based in Newman. This is a Monday to Friday, 7.40am to 4.30pm, $39 per hour for Newman Locals.

What You Will Be Doing

Providing exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for trade and retail customersAssisting customers with product enquiries and providing advice on a wide range of industrial productsMaintaining a clean, organised, and well-stocked trade storeWorking closely with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery while maintaining a safe work environment





What You Will Need

Previous customer service experience (retail or trade workplace preferred)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organisational and time management abilitiesAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentPositive attitude with a strong customer-focused approach
