About VMCH
VMCH's innovative social enterprise café in Nunawading is on the lookout for hospitality / Disability Support Workers with experience to help people with disability build job skills, confidence, and independence.
In this hands‐on role, you'll support and train our café trainees as they gain real‐world experience in a welcoming, inclusive environment. Working alongside hospitality and disability professionals, you'll help deliver great coffee, great food, and even greater opportunities.

Skills, Experience & Requirements
Experience in the hospitality and/or disability sector
Certificate IV in Disability (preferred but not essential)
Confident and capable of teaching and training hospitality skills (essential)
Outstanding customer service skills
NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check, current First Aid and CPR
Compassionate and empathetic individuals who are looking for something more and want to make a difference
