ABOUT THE ROLE
We're seeking an
IT Systems
Analyst on a permanent ongoing basis to join our team! You'll play a key role in delivering RB Sellars' retail technology and business systems initiatives and projects.
Key responsibilities include:
IT project coordination, administration & implementation
Business analysis & process documentation
Creation and management of support documentation
Stakeholder, vendor & project communication
Testing, readiness & implementation support.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
To succeed as our IT Systems Analyst, you will bring:
IT, business, project management/coordination, and/or related qualifications are preferred.
2—3+ years' experience supporting technology, systems, retail operations and/or business improvement projects.
Ability to document business requirements, business analysts, documentation, process flows,



meeting notes, actions, decisions and project artefacts clearly.
Experience working with retail systems, POS systems, ERP platforms, ecommerce, warehouse or business systems environments is advantageous.
Understanding of testing coordination, training support, change communication and operational readiness activities.
Familiarity with Apparel21 ERP, Shopify POS, Shopify, Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet or related systems is advantageous but not required.
Strong Microsoft 365 skills, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
ABOUT YOU
Proactive self-starter, with a strong passion for and ability to make systems better.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively to resolve system and project issues through in-depth analysis, review and application of expert knowledge.
Good organisation skills with strong attention to detail with robust customer focus and ability to understand issues, manage expectations, gain agreement, resolve conflicts and translate technical information into business language.
