About the role
T&G; Earthmoving Contractors' are looking for an experienced Bobcat Operator/Posi Track to join their team in Perth, Western Australia. This is a full-time role, offering competitive pay and advantages.
T&G; Earthmoving Contractors specialise in the residential house pad market
What you'll be doing
Operating a CAT or Clarke Posi Track to carry out a variety of earth-moving tasks on residential construction sites from first home buyers market, to multi unit development sites and super luxury high end construction in the multi million dollar housing market
Digging, levelling, loading, and other general site work as required
Performing regular maintenance and pre-start checks on equipment
Working safely and efficiently to deliver high-quality work
Collaborating with the wider site team to ensure projects are completed on time and to specification
What we're looking for
3+ years' experience as a Bobcat or Posi Track operator in the residential construction industry specialising in house pad construction
Strong knowledge of earthmoving equipment operation and maintenance
Ability to read site plans, floor plans, set out pads and interpret plans as required, use laser levels,



abilty to advise staff and managers of on site requirements
Good communication and teamwork skills
Valid HR (Heavy Rigid) Drivers Licence
Construction Induction (White) Card
Well presented and punctual with reliable own transport
