Align local delivery to national AEA direction
Financial Leadership
Full P&L; ownership
Budgeting, forecasting, growth initiatives
Balance cost control with clinical excellence
People & Culture
Lead and develop a 70+ multidisciplinary team
Build a high-performing, psychologically protected culture
Drive engagement, retention,
and leadership capability
Operations
Oversee 24/7 hospital operations
Optimise workflows, rostering, and efficiency
Deliver operational excellence in a high-pressure environment
Clinical & Client Outcomes
Ensure exceptional patient care standards

About You (Real Talk)

You Bring
7+ years leading complex operations or healthcare environments
Proven track record of improving performance
Strong commercial acumen (P&L; ownership essential)
High emotional intelligence and leadership maturity
Ability to lead in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
Veterinary or healthcare experience valued. Not essential.....leadership capability matters more!
