You must have Australian vocational qualifications, at least to the level or above and in addition to this you must hold one of the following credentials
TAE***** Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
TAE***** Certificate IV in Training and Assessment plus the following units:
either TAELLN411 or TAELLN401A, and
either TAEASS502 or TAEASS502A or TAEASS502B
Minimum Skills & Experience:
Able to work independently and autonomously in a quick-paced environment.
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office
Demonstrate excellent planning, organisational, decision making and negotiation skills with an ability to meet deadlines and operate autonomously
Demonstrate knowledge of the VET, CRICOS and ESOS Act and related regulations and government policies
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Sound knowledge of the Standards for RTO's ****, National Code ****, NVR requirements and ESOS Act ****
Reporting to your line manager and maintaining compliance requirements in accordance with college Policy and Procedures.
Participating in audit, validation and moderation activities.
Ensure career development is continuously maintained
Result-focused individual who is motivated by achieving and exceeding KPIs
1 year of relevant work experience
