Printing Planner / Scheduler

TMA Web is part of a leading international print and manufacturing group, headquartered in Australia with production facilities across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Auckland.
We are looking for an experienced Printing Planner / Scheduler who can bring structure to a fast moving production environment and keep customer jobs progressing from artwork through to dispatch.
If you are organised, commercially aware and confident making decisions under pressure, this is an opportunity to play a central role in production performance.

The role
You will prepare and manage daily and weekly production schedules, ensuring customer deadlines, machine capacity, materials and labour requirements are aligned.
Working closely with sales, customer service, prepress, press, finishing and dispatch, you will monitor job progress, resolve scheduling conflicts and adjust priorities when urgent work, machine downtime or production delays arise.




You will also help improve machine utilisation, workflow efficiency and on time delivery performance.

About you
You will have previous experience in offset or web print production planning, scheduling or manufacturing coordination, along with a strong understanding of commercial printing workflows.
Experience using ERP, MIS or scheduling software will be highly regarded, together with robust Excel skills, attention to detail and the ability to make sound decisions in a fast paced environment.
