****SMILES Gladstone is looking for an enthusiastic Casual Dental Assistant to join our team. In this hands-on role, you'll play a vital part in supporting our clinicians, caring for patients, and ensuring the smooth operation of our practice.
This casual opportunity requires availability Monday to Saturday, with typical shifts from 7:45am to 5:15pm. We're looking for someone who is flexible, organised, and enjoys working in a rapid-paced environment.
Job Description
Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting our dentists and dental professionals during procedures and with patient care.
Maintaining a clean and safe clinical environment
Sterilising instruments and taking care of equipment
Providing exceptional support and care to our patients
Performing administrative duties as needed
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will:
Bring a warm, can-do attitude that puts patients at ease
Be keen to learn, grow, and embrace new challenges
Have fantastic communication skills and a teamwork-first mindset
Previous dental assisting experience is a plus, but not a must. We're ready to train the right person who's eager to make a difference!
