About the Role
This is a permanent part-time position with complicance focus and office administration, managing a clean, well-maintained portfolio of local properties. You'll work closely with landlords and tenants, delivering exceptional customer service while enjoying the flexibility and support of a small team.
What You'll Need
Current
WA Property Management Registration
Minimum
5 years' experience
in residential property management
Strong knowledge of WA tenancy legislation




Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills
Ability to work independently and manage your own portfolio
A positive, professional and caring attitude
