We have a rare opportunity for a driven Team Assistant to join CBRE's Debt and Structured Finance team in Sydney. CBRE's Debt and Structured Finance division provides structured debt and equity solutions for a diverse range of property investors and developers. As the licensed and experienced financial services arm of CBRE Debt and Structured Finance leverages insights for our consulting clients in an increasingly sophisticated property industry.
About The Role
Support the Director of Loan Services & Operations with various tasks such as expense management, marketing, compliance and communications.
Take ownership of a high-impact monthly process, managing multiple moving parts, engaging with a broad stakeholder group, and leveraging solid Excel and analytical skills to deliver results under tight deadlines.
Assistance with marketing campaigns - timelines, marketing budgets / quotes, preparing and coordinating the production and creative design of marketing materials (such as flyers and LinkedIn).
General support and assistance as required by the DSF team including travel bookings and diary management.
About You
Previous experience in a similar role within the Commercial Property Industry and/or Banking.
Self-starter who is delivery and outcomes focused.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and verbal
Ability to demonstrate initiative and excellent problem-solving skills
Intermediate Excel skills, with confidence working across spreadsheets, managing data, and maintaining accuracy in reports and tracking tools.
Previous experience in Salesforce & PowerPoint is highly regarded.
