Hours:
? 6:00am – 3:00pm Monday to Thursday
? 6:00am – 12:00pm Fridays (hello long weekends!)
Location:
Head Office with flexibility to work at QAL and Yarwun as needed.

What You'll Be Doing
Reconciling daily timesheets




Generating & reconciling monthly claims
Document control & data entry
Booking travel & fatigue management
Assisting with training & onboarding
Supporting site managers & reporting on completions
What You'll Bring
Previous site-based admin experience
Solid Excel skills
Attention to detail & accuracy
Great communication & teamwork skills
Commitment to Health & Safety practices

Current QAL/BSL/RTAY Blue Medipass (or willing to obtain)
