fixed-term, part-time (0.6 FTE)
position commencing
Term 1, ****
, to cover a temporary reduction in teaching load.
The successful applicant will deliver engaging, high-quality teaching programs that inspire students to develop their knowledge, skills and confidence in both Digital Technologies and Mathematics.
Professional development and mentoring opportunities will be provided.
The successful applicant will:

demonstrate excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills
work collaboratively with colleagues to support student learning and wellbeing
show initiative, professionalism and a commitment to continuous improvement
Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging Digital Technologies and Mathematics programs to Secondary students
Plan, assess and report on student learning in accordance with the Western Australian Curriculum




Work collaboratively with the Mathematics and Technologies Learning Areas to develop high-quality teaching programs and fair, consistent assessment practices
Foster positive relationships with students, parents and colleagues
Selection Criteria:
Relevant qualifications and experience teaching Digital Technologies and Mathematics in a Secondary setting
Demonstrated ability to design engaging learning experiences that support students to become confident, independent and resilient learners
Robust ICT skills and the effective integration of technology into teaching and learning
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational and administrative skills
