Reporting to the Branch Manager, this key role is centered around delivering an outstanding customer experience and building strong, long‐term relationships. Our diverse customer base includes local farmers and primary producers, and you'll play a key role in ensuring every interaction - whether in store or over the phone - is positive, helpful and memorable.
About the Chance:
We're looking for someone who is passionate about agriculture, brings a positive, can‐do attitude, and is willing to roll up their sleeves and contribute across all areas of branch operations - including customer service, stock handling and local deliveries. In this role, you will:
Support customers with pricing, product enquiries and general advice
Deliver exceptional service, creating a positive and memorable customer experience




Manage inventory, including stocktakes, replenishment and stock processing
Process counter sales and assist the broader sales team
Manage customer orders and support with local on‐farm deliveries
Assist with loading and unloading deliveries
Ensure all orders are picked and packed within a timely manner
Support merchandising, stock presentation and store displays
Maintain a clean, tidy and well‐presented store environment
Maintain and uphold safety processes and procedures within the branch
What you'll bring:
Demonstrated experience in inventory management, stock control, and day‐to‐day branch or warehouse operations
A strong work ethic, with the ability to stay organised under pressure, manage competing priorities and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
A positive, can‐do attitude and a willingness to contribute as part of a team, supporting others where needed
Well‐developed communication skills, with a professional and customer‐focused approach when working with customers and colleagues
A current driver's licence
A forklift ticket will be viewed favourably
