Private Housekeeper | Gold Coast
We are seeking an exceptional and highly capable Housekeeper to support the smooth and effortless running of a private residence.

The Role
Based on the Gold Coast, you will be caring for the home of a professional family.
The position is approximately 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
You will take ownership of the day to day running of the household, ensuring the home is maintained not only to a high standard of cleanliness, but to a consistently polished and thoughtfully managed level across all areas.
Key Responsibilities
You will take full responsibility for all aspects of housekeeping and household management, including:
Maintaining the cleanliness, order and presentation of the home to an exceptional, detail driven standard
Applying advanced attention to detail, ensuring every area is immaculately presented and consistently maintained
Cleaning and caring for a range of surfaces and materials with the correct techniques, including timber, stone, fabrics and delicate items
Managing all laundry processes including washing, folding, garment care and coordination with external ironing and dry-cleaning providers
Providing high level wardrobe management including organisation, garment care and presentation of clothing




Ensuring kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas are reset daily and always maintained to a high standard
Organising and maintaining cupboards, linen storage, wardrobes and pantry areas with clear systems and structure
Managing household inventory including groceries, cleaning products and essential supplies, ensuring nothing runs out
Identifying maintenance or household issues and taking appropriate action or escalating as required
Cooking and Kitchen Management
Assist with the preparation of healthy meals and snacks, including the preparation of fresh fruit and vegetables, ensuring food is handled, stored, and served safely.
Maintaining an immaculately clean, organised, and well-run kitchen environment
Managing pantry organisation, food rotation, and freshness standards
Supporting with grocery purchasing and kitchen restocking as required
Lifestyle and Household Support
Preparing the home for guests or informal gatherings, ensuring a seamless and welcoming environment
Supporting the overall flow and readiness of the household day to day
Contributing to a calm, orderly, and well managed living space
