About the Role
HBF Dental Floreat is booming - and we need 3 experienced Dental Assistants to join our fantastic team! This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of something exciting: Join a growing, high-performing centre with a genuinely great team culture. Work alongside some seriously skilled, experienced dentists. Build broad, valuable experience across chairside, sterilisation and reception. Grow your career as the centre continues to expand.
Availability required: Minimum 3 days per week. Monday and Wednesday essential. Flexibility on remaining days. Standard clinic hours within 8:00am - 6:00pm.
What You'll Be Doing
Chairside assisting across a range of general and specialist dental procedures
Maintaining high standards of sterilisation and infection control
Supporting reception duties during some shifts, including patient check-in and appointment coordination
Preparing treatment rooms and instruments to a high standard
Working closely with dentists to ensure efficient, smooth-running clinical days
Delivering a positive, professional experience for every patient
What We're Looking For
Proven experience as a Dental Assistant
Confident across chairside,
sterilisation and some reception duties
Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-focused approach
Reliable and adaptable, with flexibility across rostered days
Hepatitis B immunisation clearance (or willingness to obtain)
Willingness to complete a National Police Check
