Known as an innovator in switchboard technology, the company is recognized for its strong reputation in design, reliability, and build quality, providing stable and long-term opportunities for skilled professionals.Role Description The Program Management Officer is a full time, on-site role based in Ferryden Park, SA, responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and delivery of Skids, Switchrooms and electrical infrastructure manufacturing programs.
This role oversees project schedules, tracks milestones, and monitors resource allocation to ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals.
The Program Management Officer prepares reports and dashboards, maintains documentation, and assists with risk and issue management across multiple projects.
Day-to-day activities include coordinating with engineering, manufacturing, and procurement teams, facilitating meetings,



documenting decisions and action items, and supporting process improvements across the program portfolio.
The role also contributes to standardizing project management practices, maintaining compliance with internal policies and industry standards, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications Program and project management skills, including experience with planning, scheduling, risk management, and status reporting.Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and leadership teams.Proficiency with project management and productivity tools (e.g., MS Project or equivalent, Excel, collaborative platforms) and basic data analysis skills.Understanding of electrical or manufacturing environments, preferably with exposure to skids, switchrooms, switchboards, power distribution, or related industrial sectors.Attention to detail and high standards for documentation, compliance, and quality assurance.Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement and process optimization.Relevant tertiary qualification in project management, engineering, business, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
