Working alongside our specialist clinical team, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional care to both elective and trauma patients in a fast-paced private practice environment.
This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced NP who enjoys autonomy, thrives under pressure, and takes pride in delivering outstanding patient care.
About the Role
You will work closely with our clinical team, running busy outpatient clinics in parallel with our consultant orthopaedic surgeon as well as providing independent wound and post-operative care, both in person and via telehealth.
Your responsibilities will include:
Running parallel outpatient clinics for elective and trauma patients
Post-operative wound assessment and management
Patient education and pre and post-operative follow-up both in person and via telehelath
Clinical documentation and coordination of patient care
Working collaboratively with our administrative and clinical team to ensure an exceptional patient experience
About You
We're looking for someone who:




Is a current AHPRA Nurse Practitioner
Has previous orthopaedic experience (highly desirable)
Is confident working independently and making sound clinical decisions
Thrives in a busy, quick-paced clinical setting
Has exceptional communication and organisational skills
Is compassionate, professional and patient-focused
Works well within a close-knit multidisciplinary team
Is adaptable, proactive and enjoys taking ownership of their role
