ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Civil Engineering Draftsperson at Neo Concrete Group, you will play a critical role in our project execution process.
Your work will be pivotal in translating design concepts into detailed plans that drive successful construction outcomes.
This position is integral to our operations, ensuring every build meets our high standards of excellence and precision.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare detailed drawings and plans in accordance with project specifications.
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to understand design requirements.
- Assist in the coordination of project documentation and reports.
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
- Conduct site visits to gather data and make necessary adjustments to plans.
- Utilise CAD software to produce and modify designs efficiently.
- Review and update drawings based on feedback and revisions.




- Liaise with contractors and builders to ensure plans are understood and followed.
- Participate in project meetings to discuss progress and challenges.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the drafting team.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- You must hold a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with changing priorities.
- Familiarity with Australian building codes and standards.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role is required.
