ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Content Coordinator to join our label & marketing team and help bring our artists' stories to life across social media and beyond.
You'll coordinate and create content for our artist roster, releases, tours and campaigns, running content calendars, briefing freelancers, chasing approvals, and making sure content goes out on time and on brand.
You're switched on to trends and platforms, and you know how to manage a process so things actually get done.
Reporting to our General Manager, you'll work closely in our label and marketing team with the Product Manager, Digital Campaign Lead, Audience Development Coordinator, Video Editors and Graphic Designer.
We're after someone with a sharp eye for content and genuine creative flair, someone who can spot a good idea, shoot it, and edit it into something that actually stops the scroll.
You'll also need to stay organised and keep projects moving.
This role is 5 days per week (in office), located in beautiful Coolum Beach.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Content Coordination & DeliveryOwn the day-to-day content calendar across our artist roster, releases, tours, and company projectsCoordinate content production end-to-end: briefing freelancers and contractors (photographers, videographers, designers), tracking deliverables, and chasing approvals so nothing falls through the cracksCreate and edit engaging content including short-form video, graphics, stories, reels,
and platform-specific assetsSchedule and publish content in line with campaign strategies and timelines, ensuring everything is accurate, on-brand, and delivered on timeMaintain organised, accessible content libraries across active campaigns
Social Media ManagementManage and maintain social accounts across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp and emerging platformsMonitor platform trends and best practices, proactively bringing ideas and opportunities to the teamAssist in developing social strategies that support release, touring, merchandise, and audience growth goals
Community ManagementMonitor and respond to audience engagement across social channels in a timely, professional, on-brand wayFoster positive fan interactions and help build strong artist communities onlineIdentify and engage with fan-generated content (UGC) and community activityEscalate sensitive issues or opportunities to relevant team members as required
Campaign & Project CoordinationWork within the Label & Marketing team to plan and execute content deliverables across artist campaignsKeep campaign milestones and deadlines on track, flagging risks earlyCollaborate with the Audience Development Coordinator to align content with direct-to-fan initiativesCoordinate freelancers and contractors as needed for shoots, edits, and ad hoc content capture
Reporting & InsightsTrack content and social performance daily across platformsCompile campaign and monthly reporting on audience growth, engagement, reach, and content performanceSurface insights and recommendations to improve future campaigns
Who You Are
Minimum 1–2 years' experience in a content, social media, or digital marketing role, ideally with some exposure to coordinating projects, freelancers, or campaign timelinesHighly organised, with genuine attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns at onceExperience using Asana or similar project management tools to manage tasks and deadlinesExperience with Meta Business Suite, TikTok Business Centre, YouTube Studio, or similarConfident editing short-form video for social: you can turn raw footage into something polished, fastGenuine creative flair, with a good instinct for what makes content connectStrong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and what's nextA clear, confident communicator with strong copywriting and proofreading skillsProactive and able to take ownership of your workA collaborative team player who's energised by working closely with artists and creativesComfortable in a fast-paced setting where priorities shift quickly
