With a brand-new facility in Morisset, Lake Macquarie, we are dedicated to fostering innovation, precision, and growth in our industry.We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to become an integral part of our Projects team.
This full-time role is pivotal in ensuring smooth recruitment of candidates start to finish.
This role will also be a support role to our team leader of this department.
Position is based at our Morisset Facility with occasional site visits during Outage periods

Key responsibilities· Receive mobilisation requests from external or internal project managers and teams.
· Verify candidate details, including required experience, certifications.
· Liaise with project managers and teams to confirm start dates and site-specific requirements.
· Ensure all compliance requirements are met (e.g., licences, right-to-work checks).
· Review pre-employment documents via our onboarding platform.
· Ensure candidates complete online inductions before mobilisation.
· Arrange flights, transport, and accommodation for employees.
· Confirm and communicate travel itineraries.




· Maintain accurate records of mobilised employees in internal databases.
· Ensure employees receive all necessary mobilisation packs (PPE, site access cards, etc.).
· Coordinate closely with our clients to ensure smooth and efficient mobilisation for all personnel.
· Ability to start crews on major outages at the sites, so ability to travel 1 -2 days at a time· Ability to carry out reviews on employees at completion of outages with Site Managers / Supervisors
Essential Criteria· A desire to achieve results and the ability to accurately manage multiple work fronts.
· Strong verbal and written skills are imperative for success in this role.
· Ideally you will have previous experience in resource planning and mobilisation for shutdown maintenance and or project works.
· A very high level of attention to detail is required for this role.
· Advanced skills in the Office suite of products, demonstrate a methodical and organised approach to work tasks and an ability to problem solve independently and within a team environment.
· Delegation of works to admin support within the department but still control the works for completeness and schedule· Ability to take on a 2IC position within a set time period,

QualificationsHuman Resources (HR) knowledge and experience, including recruitment coordination and basic HR administration.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build constructive relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.Experience conducting or supporting new hire orientations and onboarding processes.Customer service skills with a focus on responsiveness, professionalism, and a positive candidate experience.Transparent and professional communication skills, both written and verbal, including email, phone, and documentation.Relevant qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proficiency with HR or applicant tracking systems and standard office software (e.g., MS Office, spreadsheets, email tools).
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.Understanding of employment legislation and recruitment best practices is advantageous.Experience in industrial, energy, or engineering environments is beneficial but not mandatory.
