Snowy 2.0 is the next chapter in the Snowy Scheme's history.
It is the largest committed renewable energy project in Australia and will provide on-demand energy and large-scale storage for many generations to come.
This Iconic Project has and will continue to create its own legacy in Australian history.
Future Generation Joint Venture on behalf of SC Hydro Pty Ltd is currently recruiting for
Camp Maintenance – Refrigeration positions
on the Snowy 2.0 Project in the Snowy Monaro region.
The project works a 14:7 roster, with shifts which may include days/nights rotating.
The successful candidate will have experience:
Installing and repairing split systems
Cool room/reefer maintenance




Servicing and repairing Refrigeration appliances
Servicing and repairing underground Air conditioners
Assisting other trades
Working from EWP and scaffolding
You must currently hold the following tickets/licences:
Driver's licence
General Construction Induction training (white card)
Right to work in Australia
High risk work licence – advantageous
Confined Space – advantageous
Be able to pass a criminal history check and a medical
The employment relationship will be governed by Australia or Recent Zealand Employment Law.
These positions are in remote challenging areas with extreme cold temperatures which need to be considered before applying for these roles.
