Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Somerville, VIC on a casual basis.
The successful candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to participants in both community healthcare settings and high-care environments.
Responsibilities include participant care assistance, medication administration, wound care, and clinical progress monitoring.
Responsibilities:
Provide nursing care across various healthcare settings.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor participant progress and report to Nurse Manager and NDIS Operations Manager
Assist in participant assessments and care plan development.




Offer emotional support to participants and families.
Maintain accurate clinical records.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals for optimal patient outcomes.
Adhere to healthcare regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in nursing
AHPRA Registration
2-3 years' experience as Registered Nurse (Community preferred)
Robust background in Wound Care
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Effective team player.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Experience in community nursing preferred.
