About the Role
We are seeking an experiencedProduction Supervisorto lead and support our production team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
This hands-on role is responsible for coordinating daily production activities, maintaining quality standards and ensuring the efficient completion of custom-built products.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, a commitment to continuous improvement and a focus on safety, quality and team performance.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support production team members to achieve daily production targets
Plan and coordinate daily workflow, allocating tasks and resources effectively
Lead by example and foster a positive, high-performing team culture
Motivate, mentor and develop team members to maximise productivity and engagement




Ensure products meet quality standards and customer specifications
Apply Lean Manufacturing and 5S principles to drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement
Flux, bake and solder radiator cores prior to despatch to ensure product integrity
Silver solder corners and seal header plates to specification
Complete core washing, preparation and finishing activities
Conduct testing of radiator cores to identify leaks and ensure quality compliance
Safely operate lifting equipment, including chains, jigs and other handling devices
Maintain a clean and organised work area, completing required daily housekeeping checks
Adhere to all workplace health and safety requirements
Perform additional duties as reasonably required by the business
About You
Previous supervisory or leadership experience within a manufacturing or production environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to lead, motivate and support a team
High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
A team-focused attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt
Understanding of Lean Manufacturing and 5S principles (desirable)
Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement
