Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and versatile Handyperson to join our maintenance team in Spring Hill, Australia.
In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of maintenance tasks, ensuring our facilities are well-maintained and functional.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, productive, and able to handle diverse maintenance challenges.
Perform general maintenance and repair tasks, including carpentry, plumbing,



and basic electrical workExecute high-quality painting work on interior and exterior surfacesConduct routine inspections of buildings and equipment to identify and address maintenance issuesPrepare surfaces for repairs or improvements, including cleaning, sanding, and primingInstall and repair fixtures, fittings, and furnitureMaintain and organize tools and equipmentRespond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional mannerAdhere to safety procedures and maintain a clean work environmentCollaborate with other maintenance staff and contractors as neededAssist with grounds maintenance and landscaping tasks when requiredDocument completed work and maintain accurate maintenance records
Qualifications
Proven experience as a handyperson or in a similar maintenance roleProficiency in various maintenance techniques, including carpentry, plumbing, and paintingBasic electrical knowledge and troubleshooting skillsAbility to use hand and power tools effectively and safelyStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailExcellent time management and organizational abilitiesKnowledge of safety procedures and proper use of personal protective equipmentFlexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as neededHigh school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
