About the role
ALL-WAYS KERB is seeking a skilled and dedicatedKerbing Specialistto join our team in Maddington, WA.
This is afull-time positionthat plays a crucial role in delivering high-quality kerbing solutions to our clients.
As a key member of our trades and services division, you will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of kerbing systems that form an essential part of infrastructure projects across the region.
This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects whilst contributing to the development and success of ALL-WAYS KERB.
What you'll be doing
Installing kerbing systems to specifications and project requirements, ensuring precision and quality workmanship
Preparing work sites and ensuring proper safety measures are in place before commencing kerbing work
Measuring, cutting and fitting kerbing materials accurately to match design specifications
Operating and maintaining kerbing equipment and tools in a safe and effective manner
Collaborating with team members and supervisors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Conducting quality checks on completed work to ensure it meets industry standards and client expectations
Adhering to all health and safety regulations and best practices on site
Maintaining a clean and organised work environment and disposing of waste materials appropriately
What we're looking for
Proven experience in kerbing installation or related trades work within the construction or civil services industry
Strong technical knowledge of kerbing materials, installation techniques and industry standards
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately
Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship
Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labour tasks consistently throughout the working day
Reliable,



punctual and professional approach to work
A current valid driver's licence is essential
Relevant qualifications or certifications in trades work (preferred)
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
Commitment to workplace health and safety practices
