These are full-time, permanent teaching roles with a fixed-term appointment to the Middle Leader position concluding in****.
The Middle Leader supports the mission of Ryan Catholic College through leadership of the learning and teaching program by ensuring that appropriate pedagogies are developed and implemented at all levels.
Successful applicants will demonstrate leadership in three dimensions: leadership of teaching and learning, human leadership and strategic leadership.
We are currently seeking applications for the following five Middle Leader positions:
Literacy Pedagogy and Learning Leader - Tier 1.2
Numeracy, Pedagogy and Learning Leader - Tier 1.2
Inclusive Education Pedagogy and Learning Leader - Tier 3
Inclusive Education Coordinator - Tier 1.2
Senior School Compliance Coordinator - Tier 1.2

Your ability to model integrity, foster relationships and create an inclusive, supportive workplace will be key to the ongoing success of both students and staff.
To thrive in this role, you will be a registered teacher with the Queensland College of Teachers and bring extensive classroom experience in the Arts, together with a deep understanding of the Australian Curriculum and QCAA requirements.
You'll pair that professional credibility with a proven ability to lead and mentor others, build collaborative teams and translate data into meaningful improvement.
