About the Role
Reporting to the General Manager, you'll support the coordination of crane and lifting projects from quotation through to completion.
You'll gain exposure to estimating, project planning, scheduling, client communication and commercial administration while working alongside experienced project professionals.
No two days are the same,
making this an ideal role for someone who enjoys variety and wants to develop a broad skill set.
Responsibilities include:
Assisting with project coordination from quotation through to completion
Preparing estimates, quotations and tender submissions
Coordinating labour, cranes, transport and equipment schedules
Liaising with clients, suppliers and project teams
Maintaining project documentation and reporting
Assisting with project costing and variations
Coordinating project documentation including SWMS and Lift Plans
Supporting continuous improvement across project delivery
About You
We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and eager to learn.
You may be a recent graduate or have a few years' experience in construction, engineering, administration or project coordination.
You'll ideally have:
A qualification (or be currently studying) in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering or a related discipline
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
High attention to detail
Confidence using Microsoft Office
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
