You combine resilience with empathy, earning trust while delivering results across a sizeable workforce.
You can demonstrate: Proven leadership of large transport teams (100+ / 150+ employees), with an inclusive and visible leadership style Strong logistics or supply chain background, with transport experience highly regarded Confidence to make explicit decisions and set priorities under pressure Open, authentic communication and strong stakeholder engagement A track record of leading cultural change that improves safety, engagement, and performance What's in it for me?
