With a strong focus on group training, personal coaching, and member support, Think Fitness has grown into a trusted name in local health and wellness.
As aMembership Consultantat Think Fitness, you'll be the welcoming face of our gym, guiding potential members through our facilities, explaining membership options, and helping them kickstart their fitness journey.
You'll also support our current members and contribute to a fun, inclusive gym culture.
To be successful in this role:
Social media experience to engage the community and promote the brand.
Ability to conduct tours and explain pricing/benefits.
Be passionate about health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals.
Understanding of safety to assist members.
Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional attitude.




Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Be confident in engaging with members and potential clients, both in person and over the phone.
Demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach to sales and lead generation.
Be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Work well in a team workplace and contribute to a positive club culture.
Have basic computer skills and be comfortable using membership systems and CRM tools.
Previous experience in a sales, customer service, or fitness-related role is highly regarded.
