About you
You are a proven leader with at least 10 years' experience delivering civil or structural projects.
You bring the ability and passion to establish and grow a business presence in a new region, are comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy and enjoy building something from the
ground up.
You will also bring:
Tertiary qualification in Civil/Structural/Environmental Engineering, Project Management, Environmental Science, or related field
Robust client relationship and stakeholder management skills
Solid understanding of commercial, contractual, and regulatory frameworks
Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing multi-disciplinary projects
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

As a Regional Manager - Albury Wodonga, you will be responsible for establishing our presence in the market with the support of other leaders within the business and driving excellence in project delivery, client relationships, and business growth.




This role will give you the opportunity to establish and build your team, balancing commercial performance, technical quality, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
You will oversee financial and operational outcomes while shaping strategy, guiding the business, and
strengthening Tonkin's presence in the new region.

Business Development
Develop and maintain trusted relationships with key clients and industry partners.

Project Delivery Oversight
Lead selection and coordination of multidisciplinary delivery teams.
Maintain strong oversight of project financials, risks, deliverables, and contractual obligations.
Strengthen client relationships through clear communication and proactive engagement.
Monitor project milestones and ensure successful delivery outcomes.
Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and performance review.
