About the role
As a Window Fabricator at CHGA Windows & Doors, you will play a crucial role in the production and assembly of high-quality windows for residential and commercial projects.
This full time position is based in our Caloundra, Queensland facility, where you will be an integral part of our skilled manufacturing team.
What you'll be doing
Cutting, shaping, and assembling window frames and components to precise specifications
Performing quality checks and inspections to ensure the final product meets rigorous standards
Collaborating with the wider team to maintain efficient and organised production workflows
Adhering to all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures
Continuously seeking opportunities to improve processes and increase productivity
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a similar window fabrication or manufacturing role
Previous experience with Vantage and Elevate products
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with precision and accuracy
Good hand-eye coordination and mechanical aptitude
Familiarity with CNC (not essential) and the use of punches,
power tools and other fabrication equipment
A collaborative and adaptable approach to working as part of a team
A commitment to workplace health and safety
