We are seeking an organised and compassionate Scheduler/Receptionist to join our dedicated team.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing client intake processes, coordinating services, and ensuring smooth allocations of support for NDIS participants and providing reception support to our Therapy team.
About us:
Therabees is a Pediatric Allied Health Practice with locations at Joslin and Paralowie.
We provide Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Psychology and Behaviour Therapy to a wide range of Paediatric clients and their families across the North and Northeast of Adelaide.
Our team deliver therapy in our clinics, schools, hydrotherapy pools and in the community.
We currently have a team of 22 and growing.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role you will be coordinating NDIS services to ensure the best allocation of resources for different therapies that align with participant needs and assisting with all intake forms and processes.
You will also be an integral member of the admin team, booking and rebooking appointments, providing service information and answering queries while supporting our Clinical team to provide a high level of customer service with excellent clinical outcomes.

You have strong interpersonal skills and are a bubbly person who enjoys making others feel good.
You will use your excellent communication skills to build a relationship with our long-term clients and help current clients feel welcome in the Therabees community.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage initial client intake, assessments, and eligibility
Coordinate the allocation of services to appropriate providers
Maintain accurate records and manage client information
Liaise with clients, families, and support teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
Be proficient in using all office equipment, computers, and patient management software and have exceptional organizational skills with an eye for detail.
Key Requirements:
Experience in disability services or related fields (NDIS knowledge preferred)
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities
Compassionate approach with a focus on client well-being
In addition, you will:
Be confident to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
Be familiar with health billing, Medicare and insurance procedures.
Have a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic.
Have a passion for providing exceptional service and have an eye for detail.
Previous experience in an Allied Health or Medical practice would be an advantage but is not essential.
